沖縄産ドラゴンフルーツの収穫が始まりました。ドラゴンフルーツの花は満月、新月の前後で開花します。花が咲いてから約28日に実がつきます。そのため2週間ごとの収穫となります。11月ごろまで収穫できますのでぜひ希少な国産ドラゴンフルーツをお楽しみください。The harvest of dragon fruit from Okinawa has begun.The flowers of the dragon fruit bloom around the time of the full moon and new moon.The fruit appears about 28 days after the flowers bloom.Therefore, the harvest takes place every two weeks.The harvest continues until around November, so please enjoy the rare domestic dragon fruit.    

    15年以上前に品種登録されたジュリオスター。なかなか沖縄県内でも出回っておりませんが、一昨年から植え付けし今期初収穫です。この品種は７月に入ってからの収穫ですが、今期は天候の影響か２週間程度、予想より早く収穫しました。色々試食をしながら今後の作付けを進めていくか検討します。The Giulio star whom it was registered a kind with more than 15 years ago. I am not readily sold in Okinawa either, but I plant it from the year before last and am the first crop in this term.This kind was gain after July began, but it was influence of the weather or harvested it earlier than expectation for around two weeks in this term.I consider whether you push forward the future planting while trying it in various ways.  

今年のパイナップルは全体的に小玉傾向です。小玉サイズのパイナップルは、当店オリジナルのパイナップル・パイやパイナップル・チーズケーキの原料として使用します。今回は娘の幼稚園でフードロスの勉強があるとのことで、小玉のパイナップルを勉強会に役立ててもらうため提供させていただきます。これで子供たちも食べ物の大切さを学んでくれると嬉しい限りです。The pineapple of this year is a small ball tendency generally.I use the pineapple of the small ball size as raw materials of a pineapple pie and the pineapple cheesecake of our store original.There seems to be study of the food loss this time in the kindergarten of the daughter and provides it to have a study session make use of the pineapple of the small ball.As far as when the children learn importance of the food in this, I am glad.

6月に入り梅雨の真っ只中ですが、梅雨の中休みの晴れ間に収穫・試食の撮影をしてきました。 スナックパインは他のパイナップルに比べて果汁は少ない方ですが、もったいないほどのこの滴る果汁。新鮮だからこそ！ぜひお楽しみください。
